At Essential Wellness, we believe that restoring health can only be achieved through taking care of your emotional, mental and spiritual well-being in addition to the physical. Medical studies have shown that 80% of all dis-ease is caused by stress, indicting that stress plays a key role in personal over all well being and emotional and mental balance.
In our clinic, we have a Registered Naturopath & Naturotherapist, with a background in psychology and counseling who brings a holistic approach to restoring emotional health and physical balance naturally. Prevention is important to maintaining a healthy life. Naturotherapy focuses on preventive health practices with an emphasis on Stress Reduction and management, as well as cognitive processes, habits and self talk.
Naturopathy focuses on addressing imbalances in the body naturally, with diet, essential oil, changing unhealthy habits (smoking) and detoxification offering a holistic approach to health that is based on non-invasive proven treatments and that work with the clients on all levels, emotional, physical, mental and spiritual. Our services aim to address all levels of dis-ease to support each individual on their personal journey to wellness and ease.
